Kai at Maxi's Tipi Lounge

In the village behind Dial House, where we had pre-dinner drinks before going on to the Rose Tree, sits a fabulous gem of a venue - Maxi's. Looking after the place is a familiar face - Kai. He has worked in almost every eating establishment in Bourton and so we have got to know him well over the years. He joins me at the 6' 6" tall club and is a part time actor and drag artist.  He makes excellent cocktail drinks and is very flamboyant with the mixers!

Maxi's is a large Tipi with interior designed by Laurence Llewelyn Bowen - known to many in the UK for his work in the 90's on TV shows like 'Changing Rooms' I put a couple of shots in extras.
