More gold in the river

These are pebbles lying below the River Ness. All I have done is to mess around with brightness, colour and contrast to bring out the shapes and colours which are already there. Best seen against black.
    As a birthday treat I am making a paella tonight. I’ve been making paella for years but recently paid attention to the way Chris Stein makes one. (He doesn’t use my secret ingredient. ) The paella will be accompanied by lovely Portugese red wine (slightly chilled). I’m hoping that Chris will pop round to give it his opinion.
