When life hands you an uneven sponge...

So after five minutes in college I decided to go home and do some baking... Today was not my day for it. An exploding lemon cake and a un even sponge just proved that I should not have gotten out of bed this morning. After a nice long soak in the bath, I decided to fix the cake by making them mini.

We'll find out if there any good if the plate is empty in the morning...
