Bouncing on Battlements

Baby Peregrin bouncing over the crenellations  later this afternoon.

 It's been a good year for the peregrine nest here at Tewkesbury Abbey  in that four chicks have hatched. This is one of two which have fledged and the other two were quietly flexing their wings in the nest above.

Disaster struck yesterday as one of the chicks on exploring fell off the roof of the abbey, had to be rescued and placed back up there. No damage done thankfully
