Hot

So so hot today. I went to Sainsburys after dropping S off and picked up some cleaning bits. I had my doctors appointment today and he could see on the ECG readings I had took on my phone that I have an irregular heartbeat and I had high blood pressure. I’ve got to go back for more tests. Not feeling great at the moment, not quite myself physically. I’m getting out of breath and dizzy from bike riding which hasn’t happened before and is very strange.
