I had been very confused by these plants. I knew I had planted them as there were 4 in a straight line but I could only remember planting cucumbers and so was waiting on flowers but was thinking that these do not look like them. It wasn't until a friend told me that  they were pak choi that I remembered planting them! They have bolted but apparently you can eat the flowers as well so I'll be trying that when I'm feeling brave!
