Tualatin Hills Nature Park

Lovely mix of paved and dirt trails so better for me. Altho we’d been here before, it’s been several years and the return was lovely and I even saw milkweed! I’ve not seen it in western Washington , only on the eastern side except where they are trying to bring it to places . So that was exciting to see!
My favorite thing was seeing the filtered streaks of faint light streaming thru this forest .
Z’s turn to drop over after school , and hoops were shot and a dice game played .
Tomorrow is both kids last day before summer break and they are both excited ;);) I remember that excitement because in Ohio it meant summertime and endless play outside. Then as an adult and driving bus all year I too was thrilled for school to be over ! But I had a second income from R and could afford the summers off… altho I did drive summer school a few years . But I chose to do that job for that reason too ;);)
