Up and Down

After a considerable UTI-related NHS24 ordeal, but also a really lovely chilled day, complete with visit to cracking allotment and garden BBQ, the Bear and I set off home a day early, in the evening. I drove for a solid 6 hours, the last of which was in dense fog, not long after Berwick.

It has been great to spend time with J's family, but a particular privilege to have the girls together and watch them create a new little friendship.
