This afternoon I braved the heat to walk up to a physio appointment in the village. Afterwards Mike came up to meet me and we walked the long way home and back up the shady lane which was looking lovely in the dappled sunshine.

My neck was quite sore after physio so I decided to sit out in the garden and do a bit more of my crochet which I started when I did the beginners course. I’m determined to get it finished now.
