Baking

I slept so well that I got up too late to attend my 10:00 meeting in the centre of Edinburgh in person. However, I did get to my office in time to join online. Y was already there, so I used one of our tiny meeting pods for the first time. I've avoided them previously because they look claustrophobic, but it was better than I expected. After that I alternated between meetings, admin, discussions with Y, and writing references. We were both glad to leave at 17:00 because the sun had been pouring into the office through the open window so long that we were baking. Maybe I'll pull down the blinds tomorrow

Tonight the dog walk will be a joy, after we've eaten dinner in the Navaar's beer garden
