Elderflower-Mango-Jelly
After-Work-Job and just finished. I hope it tastes better than it looks in my collection of old jars.
I collected the elderflowers on Saturday and they have been in the fridge since, infusing in water. Strained, three mangos added, lemon juice and sugar and cooked today. Smells heavenly. Rather liquid, I'll see tomorrow if it's ok to eat as jelly or if it will have to go as syrup.
