‘Getting Ready’

I was up at a ridiculously early hour for my run this morning (look at the clock in today's blip!) and decided to go along the almost deserted streets of Stockbridge rather than around the park. 

The only shop that was open was the local Coop, which opens at 6, but the staff at the local fishmongers were setting out their - always absolutely fabulous - window display ready for the day. (See extra taken in March.)

It's Armstrongs of Stockbridge, which has been going for over 70 years and remains one of the very few proper fishmongers left in Edinburgh.
