Long Weekend

We are celebrating Queen's birthday with a public holiday on Monday. How nice to be the subjects. Obviously I had no clue that a three day bonanza was approaching and missed out on all important looking forward to it. Good job I found out just before I left on Friday night, otherwise I'd be setting off alarms on Monday morning instead of streching leasurely under the duvet.

And how am I spending this lovely, although rainy (also a tradition here) weekend? We went for tour around Adelaide Gaol. That is jail. It was open and working until 1988. Brrrrr. I haven't seen a grimmer place.
