Ready for Summer!

This is the first chance we've had to use our new pop-up gazebo (see here) and we were actually able to sit out and enjoy a meal this evening. It didn't "pop up" quite as easily as it said on the box, but we got there in the end! Roll on Summer!

Quite a full day today, with two appointments at the Eye Clinic in Perth, both of which had very positive results. I don't need another appointment for 15 months, which is a huge relief as the queues are always very lengthy at this clinic.

This was followed by lunch out and we were again able to sit outside in the sunshine, shaded by a large umbrella. Almost cosmopolitan:-) A visit to a garden centre completed the day and I've got most of what I need to plant up some hanging baskets now - they'll no doubt be a future blip!
