Identification Unknown

I took a walk at our local gardens this morning, and came across this cactus-like plant with unusual pink flowers.  It was outside, not in the conservatory, and seemed to be thriving in our current weather conditions. I tried to look it up when I got home, but haven't been successful in identifying it.  The blip community is so knowledgeable, I bet someone out there can help.
