Orange ladybird

Orange ladybird (Halyzia sedecimguttata) in my mothers garden tonight. A lovely find as these guys aren’t very common in Scotland. I love the folklore of ladybirds, thought to bring friendship and love, and considered lucky when one is found.
If one is caught in the hand and a wish made the direction it flies off in shows which direction the luck will come from.
Could definitely be doing with some good fortune.
