Field of Dreams

Well, I do dream of creating a native wildflower and grass meadow to attract butterflies and bees but so far it is mainly grasses.  The morning sun is lovely on it.  Some lovely ones, the reddish orange grass in the back, some kind of sedge I think, is particularly nice.  I planted some rubeckia and cone flower seeds yesterday, it was such a beautiful day. John got a lot of weeding done. Today will be warm but cloudy and then 10 days of rain off and on.  This is getting tiresome!
