Fun!

Really a super day! My son and grandkids came by for lunch, as they often do on the weekends. And then the kids got to play in the pool! A gorgeous afternoon for outdoor activities and we soaked it all in. Then I made a giant salad with lettuce from my courtyard garden and took it over to have dinner with the neighbors. The host cooked chickens in his smoker - 3 hours and just delicious! A bunch of us hung out on his deck and watched the golfers (he's on the 16th, I'm on the 14th) and drank wine and ate great food. An excellent day!

These are the fuchsias that hang in my courtyard garden...seemingly quite happy!
