Pleased to get this in the bag first thing this morning. It's been too hot and humid to do much the rest of the day.

Visit to Wren, deposit paid on kitchen. I'm liking the layout, still not 100% sure about colour and worktop, but they compliment each other, she says hopefully!

Came back through some heavy rain, but although oppressive with thunder rumbling in the distance, we have no rain as yet. We want to see how the lantern works in a downpour, besides, the garden is parched.
