Day 159/23. Haugesund, visited but never heard of

Until our cruise ship docked in Haugesund, I'd never heard of the town before. It's main claim to fame is that it is a major builder of oil rigs and support vessels for the North Sea. The large red rig is newly constructed and seems almost ready for delivery. The town itself was larger than expected and great to walk around expolring.
