Or according to my mother in law a “mock orange”. This plant came with the house and has always looked rather unwell and weedy. I’m sure that last year after the big conifer tree next to it was felled it had had its chips and was dead. It grew back early spring and now looks happy and strong with several flower heads.

Smells like citrus and a kind of Jasmine
