A sweet ending to a frustrating afternoon…..this one came up to the door looking in and practically asking for food, so I took out some peanuts. He returned after about two minutes and is now happily having dinner.
Battery went kaput in my car when I was at the grocery store…contacted AAA, waited an hour, he jump started the car and I drove to our service place. Left the key as no service people were there. Tried to use the Uber app on my phone and waited for someone to show up…..for 45 minutes. The local kids were not answering their phones so at that point I called friends who live close to the service facility and they came to fetch me and take me home.
Had a cold beer and am going to bed early. All this to go get some yogurt!
