FROTH

The cow parsley and other umbellifers are looking magnificent at the moment. This was over in the old cemetery when I took a quick break at the end of the afternoon.

I was working in the front garden this morning when some of the builders arrived next door and one of the younger ones greeted me with "Hello aunty!" I don't know where they come from, Eastern Europe or the Balkans I suspect, and they speak very little English but I was amused by the greeting. Better than "Hello grandma" anyway.
