Hiding from the sun

Somewhere up there in the woods something potentially terrible has happened.... 
.... Fortunately this is just day one of the Wellness Walks volunteers Outdoor First Aid course, so it all tuned out OK. 

Wowsers was it hot and wowsers was Coniston busy.
