Disappointing visit.

As this is our last day in Yorkshire, we stayed fairly local and visited the National Trust property Beningbrough Hall. When we got there the house was closed for renovations, a majority of the borders in the garden were empty, apparently being renovated, one of the tea rooms closed and the other packed. It was also extremely hot and we tried to keep Jak in the shade. Certainly not one of the better NT properties we’ve been to.

Thankfully this shield bug saved the day for a blip.

On to Cambridgeshire tomorrow for a couple of days, before home.
