Airbus A380 off to Dubai.

For some strange reason I feel a sense of connection to this aircraft and the route it is flying. I did take this route almost four years ago for my mother’s 90th birthday. I am now thinking it is about time I went back again while I still can and catch up with the antipodean family.
This flight came out of Glasgow and passed directly over us at six or seven thousand feet en route to Dubai in approx seven hours and then on to Auckland, another sixteen odd hours. Thank goodness it is a big aircraft and you can get up and walk about a bit!
A warm day once more but it has clouded over a bit and we have felt a few spots of rain. The gardens do need it though.
