Stepping Out

Having see how strokes can devastate people's lives, I decided to help out and raise some money for the Stroke Association down in Swansea today. The course was only a mile long but I thought I'd get some miles in the clock with Trailwalker not far away now, so I ended up doing 6 laps.

There was a good turnout as well with approximately 100 people stepping out.

My legs held up well.
