Champion campion

Another hot day. The woods are cooler thank goodness. 

Met up with a few ex colleagues midway. We used to meet 1 - 1:15 which was better for me. Now theyve started meeting at 12 which is less convenient. I'm never hungry that early either. I warned them I'd come later and arrived for coffee. There are usually 4  of us who all left within a year of each other  and the conversation flows!  Today one had asked 2 others to come. They are still working at the old place so some of the conversation was lost on me as it was about work.  It was pleasant to see them but I felt a bit out of it .
