I had a short walk at Shubie Park this evening to photograph some lady slippers.
Lots of wildflowers in bloom now. The mallards were paddling around the pond, several adults and one mama with 3 ducklings. The squirrels were active and were hoping for peanuts but I had no pockets to carry treats in.
I was supposed to go out with the camera club tomorrow for a beach day, but now there is rain in the forecast so it is postponed for a week. Now I need to decide if I still go to the south shore or if I should go to the valley. I will likely go to the south shore and do the garden center run, get the rest of the plants that I need to finish jobs this coming week.
