A New Tenant

.... has moved in to Beak House and seemed to be enjoying the panoramic view back down the 4th fairway on our weekly golf round. I know I've blipped the pond and house several times before, but this is the first time I've seen signs of it being inhabited so thought the occasion needed marking (especially as - almost unheard of - all of us managed to avoid putting a ball in the pond and frightening him off).
