Jardin des mères de la Place de mai
This little rose garden in the 15th arr was named for the mothers and grand-mothers of the Plaza de Mayo in Argentina in 2008. I walked through it after my run this morning. The little pagoda-style entry for the Javel RER station is visible in the background.
It was a warm day here, with temperatures reaching 30C. I worked at home and met a colleague from Guelph for dinner in the 5th this evening - very nice to catch up with her and get some good perspective on the changes occurring back home.
