Winter Finally Arrived With A Cold Slap

Awoke this morning to heavy rain and there was quite a chill in the air that I haven't felt for such a long time.

We struggled to reach a top of 16C and its currently only 9C. Overnight we will hit a low of 2C!!!

I had to find my runners and wear socks for the first time since last year, I've still been comfortably wearing sandals up until today. Big thick jumpers have come out of hiding and every time I looked at Jake he was (still is) shivering and sliding under his blankie :)

Yep winter has finally arrived! Hooray!!!
