Tuna Pasta Bake

My Dear Princess,

Caro has a habit of finding a thing she like to eat and then EATING IT until the end of time or until she gets sick of it, whichever comes first. 

For a long time - by which I mean literal months - it was mince and pasta. Kind of like a bolognaise sauce. With grated cheese. 

MONTHS.

But in the past couple of weeks she made signals she was ready to move on. She suggested tuna pasta bake might be the next thing.

So I made a tuna pasta bake and Caro was SO HAPPY. 

I made a huge tray of it with about six servings in it. Which she ate in three days. I made it again. 

It might have survived two and a half days. "Hullo," I thought. 

So I made another last night. The idea is that it will last her until about Sunday, after I have flown out. 

But I'm going to make another one tomorrow. Just in case.
