(full of warehouses, boats and boathouses, rr tracks not really used, and Tom's old shop gone but there until maybe 6 years back -too)


(extra - some of the shops in what they call historic Ballard, lots of food places of course  - and other is Debra - who had sudden blood pressure drop fell broke two ankles & two tibia's, tore on ligament - full of spirit as you can see - she is a force!)
