Knitted maps

Cycle this morning - out for just over an hour, 6.63 miles today (got a bit lost, quite easy with the cycle paths of Bracknell and ended up going in a circle!).

Tonight at our lace group we had a wonderful talk from a lady called Sue, who moved to Wales many years ago and started a knitting group. She designed and collectively they produced a map of their town -Llandysul (that was in 2014). She moved to Bradley near Basingstoke and has got a group together and they also produced a map of Bramley (2020). The photos don’t do them justice, the amount of work and detail in them is difficult to capture as a still, but in person they are fab.

Such a talented lady.
