Busy day, online course at 07.00-09.00, dog walk, batch cooking , lunch with Hubs, chat with therapy friend in Scotland, out to stables, fine old catch up with Ailish, out to get hay, dog walk , back for therapy supervision, dinner and night time dog walk that involved stopping for a cuppa at Oonagh’s which turned into an informal sunset gathering on her patio .
A happy, light, soft day for me , that’ll be the personal development and hypnosis course working then !! :0)
