Sun and sky

D was inspired and we headed down to the chip shop at Newhaven Harbour for dinner on the steps. What a treat! Just the perfect temperature, not windy, and the sun was shining on the water too.

After dinner I gathered up all the plants that I'm taking to the school fair tomorrow. Just counted and there are 34, which surprised me as they had been spread out before on the deck and steps. All grown from cuttings or potted up from the garden - some are things that have self-seeded or needed dividing. Let's hope they all get sold as I don't want to drag them home, and as the funds go to the school for extras.
