The dead and dying roses are a different story.

We had a fairly good journey home today. We only got caught up in one set of roadworks which didn't hold us up for too long. We missed no.2 granddaughter this morning. She wasn't due home until tomorrow but a mix up with the job she was on meant she got home early. Unfortunately just not early enough as we had left before she arrived. Although we hadn't expected to see her it's still disappointing to have missed her. Next time.
