Caen Hill (Sunday 4th June 2023)

There was a parking space in Marsh Lane as I passed by, so I paused there to take this shot from the towpath looking West. It wasn't as dark as it looked as the Extra looking East at the same time shows. In the distance a man with a tripod is taking the classic view of the Caen Hill Locks staircase. The swan family were not in sight.

Lozarithm's Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Round Robin - I'm The Wolf Man (1965)
This is my pick from Sunday's Cerys Matthew's Radio 6 show, and which I knew from when Mark Lamarr played it a couple of times on his Radio 2 shows in the early 2000s. Round Robin was actually a song composer called Thomas Baker-Knight who wrote, among other things, The Wonder Of You  which was recorded by Elvis Presley. This song is could be about the Lon Chaney character but includes a sample by American DJ Wolfman Jack.
