Pond life

Work this morning.
Fir some reason just couldn't sleep last night and eventually got up at 2ish snd had a drink as I had a hypo. That meant treats at silky o'clock .
Eventually fell asleep around 3 and didn't wake up til 8. Alan waited in for the church coffee to arrive snd my freestyle Libre discs. They arrived by 1: so we went for a coffee. Lazy afternoon so far . I was going shopping but fell asleep !! That is abandoned now til tomorrow.
