ROUTINE...
...is/was our weekly's team up thursday theme.
Marcelle - her photo is the above photo - does practice clean eating every day and I "adore" her for that - I do start eating "healthy" for one or two or three days and I am back in my "bad routine" - eating whatever comes to my hands and mouth :(((
So one thing I think I can get to my routine is the lemon water in the morning - I'Ve heard of that before but never did it - so lets see if I at least can do that. I read that this is very healthy for your body to "wake up" - and good for soo many other reasons.
My routine is playing or the piano every day - at least 15 minutes - sometimes it helps me getting in a better mood - sometimes I do it because I have to excercise otherwise my piano teacher sees and hears exactly if I havent done my exercises - and being honest even I can see and hear and feel it if not practice every day....
