Canning Pickle Relish

It really goes against her grain to let anything go to waste. 
When our neighbor gave her some overripe cucumbers Missy Ann diced them all up and added spices to make relish out of some fruit that we would never have been able to use before it went bad.
It will taste wonderful as a sweet condiment.
