Mono Monday: Light

Monday 5 June
It was back to the Eye specialist around lunchtime. The waiting room was crowded, so once again we had a long wait. The doctor was satisfied with how Roger’s eye was looking, but still wants him lying on his side until a further appointment on Thursday! We were both rather disappointed at the latter, though obviously happy that there is progress, albeit rather slow!
When we got back, I got out to cut the grass, though it’s growth has slowed a lot since we’ve had no rain recently, and it’s been pretty hot. In fact I didn’t bother with the lower third of the back garden, which is more exposed and you could barely see where I was cutting. Then it was time to fix dinner, and after that I put my feet up and watched some TV
I hadn’t taken a photo all day, but I saw the subject for Mono Monday was Light, so I took a photo of the light fitting in our hall.
