Enchiladas

Cheese enchilada, chicken enchilada, crab and shrimp enchilada, rice, beans, chips, and salsa.

It's been an unusual week for our schedule. Today I met my husband between work functions for lunch and dinner. We dined at a Mexican restaurant with a Wednesday special on enchiladas. Tomorrow is also going to be an odd one.
