Outrageous....

I met our old neighbour Simon at Harting car park for a walk this morning. The car park is owned/managed by tbe National Trust who presumably have some values associated with inclusivity.

Obviously not when it comes to car parking though. You can only park here if you have a smartphone and knowledge of how to download and use an App. Rules me out and I'm not even 60 yet!!
