Anniversary

In hindsight, I should probably have used this photograph on 10th August, which this year would be my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. I'm using it today to remember my mum, who passed away way too soon in 1994. I was trying to think of the meal she loved the most, but we'd eaten a few of them recently, so we celebrated her with a biryani.

It was good to be in the office. G picked me up at lunchtime. It's always great to come home for the hour. :)) I discovered that one of our young 25-year-olds is into 70s hard rock bands in a big way!

PS. I have to record arriving home at the end of the day to find the ironing done. :)))
