ANOTHER STAY AT THE NHS HOTEL

This was actually a different hospital this time in Canterbury....and although I was called in urgently....it was for a planned event.
I had to have a lumbar puncture and a head MRI and a stay in overnight. Had the MRI yesterday but didn't have the lumbar puncture till this morning....well I say had......one doctor tried 3 times....had to call in someone Senior.....she tried 3 times and we had to call it a day...they couldn't get the needle in the right place to withdraw the fluid...and I had electric shock pain shooting down my right leg....I screamed (x 2)
What a wuss I am.
At home now about to watch West Ham......with a sore back !
