Back down the A1

Back down the road (15 mins by car) to the East Lothian Community Hospital in Haddington this morning to see Linda the physiotherapist re. my osteoarthritis. 

It’s such a pleasure to go there, easy journey, easy parking and they are always on time. Anyway, I was given three pages of exercises to do along with some ginormous elastic bands (yellow and red) and have to go for an X-ray on my left knee. Also told to keep walking, as it stops the joints stiffening up … yay, the perils of getting older.

Can I also say yet again, thank goodness for the NHS.
