I will have herbs this year . I will have so many herbs, I will be the envy of herb growers everywhere. Italian Parsley will be chopped into every salsa, salad and soup. Chives and Sage will fragrance every batch of scrambled eggs. Arugula will be piled high on sandwiches and Lemon Thyme will grace every potato dish. I will be so happy. Halleluja.
