Positive thoughts

This is the yoga studio. 

Fixed today. 
Apartment water pressure, which had dropped during the night. 
The a/c from over a week, just needed a clean and some new gas. 
Got the Tiguan back late last night; the radiator had blocked which in turn caused the water pump and thermostat to break. Also got new brakes and tyres.
